ABOUT THE SHA

The Seekonk Housing Authority (SHA) is composed of a central complex of 72 age/disability qualified one bedroom units of which 4 are handicapped accessible. There are also 8 scattered site family units.

The main facility and administrative office is located at 25 Chappell Street, Suite 10, in the Town of Seekonk.

Programs Administered

State Chapter 667 - Elderly & Under-Aged Disabled

The State Elderly program includes accommodations at Seekonk Common. This program accommodates elderly age 60 and under-aged disabled tenants.

State Chapter 705 - Family

The State Family program includes 8 scattered site units .
